A two-storey, 52 bed hotel with café/bar, car parking for 66 vehicles, and an enclosed walkway to the Toby family restaurant/pub. Let on a 25 year lease with the rent linked to RPI.

MPM designed, pre-let, obtained planning and constructed the hotel.

The Development Director for Travelodge stated "I am very happy with both the property transaction and the quality of the completed hotel".
