Nigel Buck, of Pentagon Freight Services,said: “With the purchase of the new building on Beacon Park, we have been given the opportunity to design a layout to our own specification, close to other businesses in the energy sector supply chain who are moving to the Beacon Park development.”

Paul Rushton, of Magma Products, said: “There is huge potential for the Great Yarmouth region with the decommissioning market set to be worth an estimated £30bn in the next 30 years. Our Great Yarmouth office has already proved its worth; we are closer to clients and project teams and have access to skilled workers. In addition, we are perfectly placed to take advantage of the growing number of opportunities in the renewables sector, in particular in the hook-up and commissioning arena.”

Other energy sector businesses at Beacon Park  include Cebo UK Ltd, Elmdale, CIS, Probe Oil Tools, Specialised Management Services (SMS), STS Defence, NOV Hydra-Rig, ElectroTech, Diesel Power (East Anglia) Ltd, Nexus engineering training centre, MacLean Electrical, and EEEGR (East of England Energy Group).
